It's a sad news. I knew I shouldn't laugh, but I couldn't help chuckling when I read the e-mail from my landlord.
That's the real impact of 'credit crunch', especially it came the day after all global banks announced head cut plans.
"Hope your well. Just a quick note, my letting of your flat has fallen through as the chap has just lost his job! I'm thefore remarketing it and will need to allow access to foxtons, city docklands and Ludlow Thompson. I'll make sure they clear it with you prior to any viewings.
Via this email can conceriege make a note to allow access."
Note: My landlord is an Englishman but see what he wrote ... that's why my English haven't even improved a bit after spending over 11 months here! =P
