放工，和何曉珊一起到梁善儀位於青衣的家製作藍莓芝士蛋糕。到步後，先嚐嚐「林師奶」的手藝，吃了葡汁三色鏍絲粉和煎雞翼作晚餐。飯後稍作休息，便開始我們的蛋糕製作 *,*一邊準備材料，一邊看電視，一邊說話，盡顯 multi-tasking 的才能。我們也很 flexible ，材料不夠，便自行改份量，完全是「隨機應變」的佼佼者 ... 嘿嘿 =P
午夜一時多，終於可以品嘗蛋糕的味道 --- 還挺不錯吖 ~ 吃著蛋糕，一起看無線倉底電視劇《心慌．心郁．逐個捉》的大結局，在梁善儀的家賴至深夜兩時半才離開，打擾了 ...

Bakery is said to be the easiest, as you just have to follow STRAIGHTLY the recipe. NO FLEXIBILITY is allowed for bakery.
So, I never think that your cake should be a successful or tasty one...heheh
