My probation period would be completed by close of business tomorrow, but Simon passed me the probation confirmation this afternoon after saying 'Thank you'.
Usually, people felt jubilant upon completion of their probation, since it symbolized job security. However, what flashed through my mind when I received the letter was only the concern of having to give 3-month notice upon resignation starting from now on. Gosh ... weird @_@
