Simon has agreed with my AL plan already, and he'd match that with others within my team. After that, everything would be fine subject to final review by Trevor. See, so hierarchical it was, your direct managers always have excessive controls over you in this company.

I don't really care about those AL to be taken in the first half year; indeed, I had some of them scheduled in the second half originally, but being "persuaded" to move them forward due to stupid HR policies. Don't even try to touch on those last 3 lines of my schedule though --- no trip, no life!
