gym

今晚第一次到樓下的 gym room 去。晚上九時五十五分,一室空空如也。外國人喜歡晚上早睡、早上做 gym ;我嘛,完全相反。平日上班不到最後一秒也不起牀,枉論要我特意提早一小時起來,預時間做運動、還要預時間洗澡。

剛開始,不虐待自己,跑三十分鐘好了。身體感到和暖起來,卻就是留不出汗;直至三十分鐘後,面龐紅紅的,可是仍然沒有流汗。不太累,但不繼續了 --- 晚上十時半還在跑步,聽上去好像有點匪夷所思,好像我瘋狂熱愛跑步似的。

螢幕顯示 220 kcal 卡路里給消耗了,那究竟是多少? 沒概念 ...

相比之下,較喜歡做瑜伽,可惜至今未見過有瑜伽班。中東肚皮舞班倒見過,十鎊一節一句鐘的課,但興趣不大。

若果真的要選跑步,也想到室外去 --- 我要當隻自由的小小鳥,到處跑、到處跳 ...

Ran for 30 mins but only burnt 200kcal? so it means you were running at 5km/hr...to be exact, you were only working slowly, wakaka

I burn 430kcal when I run for 30 mins.

The machine has level 1 to 25, I picked 2 ... haha =P
